1. Course Enrollment

Once you enroll and make payment for any spoken English course, your seat is reserved. Therefore, we encourage you to confirm your availability before registering.

2. Refund Policy

• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds are considered only if the course is canceled by FairTalk Institute by Sahid due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment with valid proof of transaction.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Students may request to cancel enrollment before the course starts. Once classes begin, no cancellations are permitted.
• In case of class rescheduling or changes in timing, we will inform students in advance.
